1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Host Titans services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Use of Services

• You may use our hosting services only for lawful purposes.
• Prohibited uses include: sending spam, phishing, distributing malware, engaging in hacking, hosting prohibited or illegal content, or using our infrastructure for fraudulent activities.
• Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, and files.
• Host Titans is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in advance according to the chosen plan.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Taxes

• Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by the jurisdiction in which they reside.
• Host Titans may add VAT, sales tax, or other applicable charges as required by the law of the land where we are registered and/or operate.

6. Data & Backups

• Host Titans does not guarantee the integrity of customer data.
• While we may perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
• We are not liable for any data loss due to server issues, outages, or other failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Host Titans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Host Titans in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Anti-Fraud & Misuse

• Clients are strictly prohibited from using Host Titans services for fraud, scams, impersonation, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Host Titans will not be held accountable for fraudulent or illegal activities conducted by clients using our services.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in such activities, and may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

9. Service Availability

• While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for downtime or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the land in which Host Titans is legally registered and/or operates.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law of the land.

11. Changes to Terms

Host Titans reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
